Adam, Alvin and I were lucky enough today to meet Jennifer Hawkins and have a photo with some of the fans of the show. We had a lot of fun in the competition and it’s great to see that lots of people enjoyed watching us do what we love. Thanks!

Hey Callum! Will you come round to Sydney any time soon after this? I was busy today so I couldn’t make it. It’s such a shame
Posted by callumhann on August 7, 2010 at 5:16 am
Hi Katie, i will be in Sydney in the not too distant future, I’ll make sure I twitter when I’m going to be here again. Sorry you couldn’t make it today
Posted by Ben on August 7, 2010 at 5:54 am
By the way Callum, I believe an honest “thank you” is in order.
Media commitments or not, it’s great that you guys are taking the time to make these appearances. I feel almost spoilt to hear that others (such as Katie above) missed out!
Surely you guys would like to slip away from it all for a few weeks? Fame must be difficult.

Callum , will you be doing any appearances or cooking demonstrations down in Melbourne at all .???

Lucky indeed! Jennifer seems very down-to-earth and well, yeah she is pretty hot.
I’ve heard of twice cooked pork but thrice cooked? I’m gonna have to give it a go now. I love pork belly too. Whenever I eat out, I always, always scan the menu for pork 🙂

No chances you guys will be heading up north to Darwin for an appearance? 😉 hehe

Hi Callum, I’ve just linked to your website – can you please let me know if you want anything changed or added, and if you know of any of the other MC contestants websites? Thanks, littlem.

Thanks so much for taking the time out to meet the loyal viewers of the show, we got to meet the three of you and had our photo taken and my daughters got your autograph photo’s, which are being taken to school tomorrow for special news, my eldest daughter was most excited that you waved to her while we were in line waiting for our photo turn, thanks again, it made my girls day they were thrilled, and mine 🙂

Please let me know when you’ll be visiting our amazing Adelaide Central Market again, and where to buy pork belly there? I plan to try making your ‘Thrice cooked’ recipe. Have never done anything different with pork other than roast, grill or BBQ (yes, usually dry). Looking forward to a CC! (Callum Challenge) Thanks….

It was great to see you again buddy and, regardless of whether or not I had a grazed chin, I had a great night! I will tee up some flights to adelaide soon, but I will be in contact with you to ensure I come when you are around!
Ciao

Hi Callum
Congratulations on your MasterChef success. I’d love to say that you’ve inspired me to cook more, but with 3 kids under 3 ½ it’s a little difficult these days. So my husband wants me to make him one of those 8 layered V8 vanilla cakes for his birthday later this month. Is he kidding or what? I though I’d just make a vanilla cake with vanilla icing & call it a V2 cake, what do you think? Anyway, make sure you keep everyone updated on where you are working, we live in Melbourne & would love to come in & try out one of your dishes, even if all you’ve done is peel the vegies!!. Good luck with everything. Cheers
